Coach Coffee Shop opened Thursday, Oct. 8, inside the Coach store at Allen Premium Outlets, becoming the second location in Texas and the first to feature the brand's new cafe design.
A company representative confirmed the opening to Community Impact. The shop sits at 820 W. Stacy Road, Suite 190, within the existing Coach store.
The menu features Coach's signature coffee blend, espresso drinks, matcha, pastries and strawberry or lavender-flavored lemonade. Fall offerings include a pumpkin spice latte and a chilled tiramisu latte, the Dallas Morning News reported in an Oct. 1 preview of the opening.
Marcus Sanders, vice president of global food and beverage at Coach, said in an advance news release that the Allen location represents "the first look at The Coach Coffee Shop's new design." Sanders said the space draws inspiration from a classic corner store in New York, where Coach was founded in 1941.
The concept pairs that new design with a custom coffee blend and a rotating menu of seasonal items, according to the release. The Allen Premium Outlets website describes the shop as a pairing of premium coffee with the Coach brand.
The first Coach Coffee Shop in Texas opened in February 2025 at The Domain in Austin, spanning 3,000 square feet at 11401 Century Oaks Terrace, Suite 121. That location's menu also includes espresso drinks, tea and lemonade.
A grand opening celebration runs Friday, Oct. 9, through Sunday, Oct. 11, from noon to 5 p.m. daily, with DJ Cizzle performing, according to promotional materials posted by Allen Premium Outlets. The shop will be open daily, though specific hours had not been announced as of Oct. 8.
Allen Premium Outlets added another tenant when Collector's Edition, a sneaker and streetwear retailer, opened Oct. 6.
