Jason Phillips, who has run a home improvement company out of Allen for nearly three decades, has been named one of the Dallas-Fort Worth region's top 100 business leaders.
Phillips, founder, president and CEO of Phillips Home Improvements at 204 S. Ash Drive, was selected for the inaugural 2026 DFW Titan 100 class, according to a report published by Star Local Media. The national Titan 100 program recognizes CEOs and C-level executives for leadership, industry impact and community contributions. An independent judging committee reviews a competitive application process to choose honorees.

Phillips founded his company in 1997. Since then, Phillips Home Improvements has served more than 45,000 clients across North Texas, specializing in residential roofing, storm damage restoration, interior and exterior painting, gutter systems, replacement windows and garage floor coatings, according to the company's website.
The Titan 100 nod adds to a track record of recognition. Phillips Home Improvements has earned the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics twice, in 2019 and 2023, from the BBB of North Central Texas. The company holds more than 26 years of BBB A+ ratings and has been named to the SMU Cox Dallas 100 list of fastest-growing privately held companies. On the customer-satisfaction side, Phillips Home Improvements has earned the GuildQuality Guildmaster with Distinction Award in 2021, 2022, 2024, 2025 and 2026, accumulating more than 2,695 verified customer reviews on that platform.

The 2026 DFW Titan 100 awards ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7. The DFW edition is the first time the national program has operated in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
