Allen ISD's Safety and Security Committee met July 14 at the district's Professional Learning Facility, according to the meeting agenda posted on Allen ISD's BoardBook platform.

The meeting comes as Allen ISD advances security upgrades funded by Proposition A, the $419 million bond measure voters approved in November 2024 with more than 56 percent support. Construction is underway at Allen High School, Lowery Freshman Center, and multiple elementary campuses, according to the district's bond program website.
