Anti-aging clinic 4Ever Young opened its Allen location Thursday, Sept. 17, at 1480 N. Custer Road, Ste. 160, a company representative told Community Impact.

The clinic offers Botox, chemical peels, microneedling, hair restoration, vein treatments and hormone replacement therapy for men and women, according to the company's website.

Weight loss programs and IV vitamin therapy are also on the menu.

It is the latest wellness-oriented business to open in Allen. The city's population reached 114,647 in 2025, with a median household income of $137,627 and more than 57% of residents holding at least a bachelor's degree, according to the city's Popular Annual Financial Report.

That demographic profile fits the brand's playbook. 4Ever Young locations are typically placed in upscale strip centers near fitness, wellness and medical tenants, according to franchise analysis site Franzy, which reviewed the company's 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document.

Dallas-Fort Worth ranks among the brand's top U.S. markets, alongside Houston and South Florida.
